Privacy policy.

Who we are

M4DCO (also styled as The Madoff Company) operates m4dco.com. When this policy says "we" or "us" it means M4DCO. You can reach us at info@m4dco.com.

What we collect

The only personal information this site collects is what you choose to send through the contact form: your name, email address, company, the kind of work you are interested in, your timeline, how you would like to structure an engagement, and your message.

We do not use analytics tools, advertising pixels, session recording, or tracking cookies on this site. We do not set cookies of our own. Fonts and scripts are served from our own domain rather than from third parties, so loading a page here does not send your visit to anyone else.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include the IP address and browser information that every web request carries. Those logs are used for security and to keep the site running, and are kept by the host under its own retention rules.

How we use it

Contact form submissions are delivered to us by email and used to respond to you and to evaluate the work you are describing. We do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not sell, rent, or trade your information.

If we go on to work together, the information you share with us is handled under the agreement that governs that engagement.

Who else sees it

Your submission passes through our web host and our email provider in order to reach us, the same way any email does. We do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it or you ask us to.

How long we keep it

We keep contact submissions for as long as they are useful to the conversation they started, and we delete them when they are not. If you would like yours removed sooner, email us and we will take care of it.

Links to other sites

Case studies and ventures link to sites we built or operate, and to sites owned by others. Each of those sites has its own privacy practices, and this policy does not cover them.

Your choices

You can use this site without submitting any personal information at all. If you have sent us something and want to see it, correct it, or have it deleted, email info@m4dco.com and we will respond. If you are in a jurisdiction that gives you additional rights over your data, those rights apply and we will honor them.

Children

This site is for businesses and the people who run them. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change how the site handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be noted here rather than buried.
