What M4DCO is

M4DCO (also styled as The Madoff Company) is an operating and advisory company. We build software and physical products, run marketing and media, operate ventures we own, and work alongside clients on projects under negotiated agreements. This site describes that work.

What this site is not

Nothing on m4dco.com is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, interest, or investment, and nothing here is investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. M4DCO is not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, or placement agent, and does not hold itself out as one.

Where this site refers to equity participation, financed builds, capital, or partnership structures, it is describing ways an engagement between M4DCO and a client can be arranged. Any such arrangement is negotiated case by case, documented in separate written agreements, and subject to whatever legal and regulatory requirements apply to the parties and the structure. No arrangement exists until those documents are signed.

Case studies and results

Case studies describe work M4DCO performed and outcomes that occurred in those specific engagements. They are provided as examples of past work. They are not a promise, guarantee, or forecast of results for anyone else, and your results will depend on your business, your market, and the work we agree to do together.

Client and venture names, logos, and product names on this site belong to their respective owners and appear to identify the work. Their presence does not imply that those organizations endorse M4DCO or this site.

Using this site

You may browse this site and share links to it. The design, text, code, images, and video on m4dco.com belong to M4DCO or are used with permission, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written consent. Trademarks and names belonging to other parties are theirs.

You agree not to interfere with the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or the systems behind it, scrape it in bulk, or use it to send unsolicited messages.

Contact form

Sending a message through the contact form does not create a client relationship, an engagement, or any obligation on either side. It opens a conversation. Please do not send confidential information through the form. If a project requires it, we will agree on how to exchange it first.
